I hope my services are not confusing you. Some clients (affiliate) use me for just one service, while others use my suite of services. Yes, I know I do a lot for small businesses, and not many companies do. That is because small business owners need people who are versatile in a variety of different aspects of a small business. I have many years of experience working as an international business manager and have learned that small businesses need to know many different areas of their business.
If you are wondering about one of my services, feel free to check out the frequently asked questions below for each service.
Feel free to contact me with any additional questions.
Contact Us About Our Suite of Services
Below are a suite of services that will support your small business (1-5 employees). Feel free to reach out today!
Both options are available. You can book consulting time for one month if you have a specific project or question, or you can set up recurring consultations over multiple months for ongoing support. Many clients (affiliate) start with a single month and transition to recurring sessions once they experience the value of regular accountability and guidance.
Yes! Solo business owners often benefit the most from process improvement because there’s no one else to catch inefficiencies. If you’re wearing all the hats, streamlining your workflows can free up significant time and mental energy — and create a foundation for future growth or delegation.
This service focuses on updating and improving your existing website rather than building new pages from scratch or migrating your site to a new platform. That said, if a small addition — like a missing Contact page or an updated service description — would meaningfully improve your site, we can discuss it as part of your project scope.
Absolutely. Part of the Website Help Service includes reviewing your existing content and evaluating it alongside your competitors’ sites using AI-assisted analysis tools. This helps us identify what to prioritize and create a clear, actionable to-do list so nothing important gets missed.
Not at all! In fact, many small businesses don’t have written procedures, and that’s completely normal. Part of this service is observing how your team currently operates and documenting those processes together, so we have a clear picture of what’s actually happening before making any recommendations.
Not at all. You know your business — I handle the technical side. We’ll work together to review what your site needs, and I’ll take care of the updates so you don’t have to learn a new platform or figure out the technical details on your own.
The departments we support — accounts receivable, accounts payable, social media management, administrative tasks, selling processes, and preparation processes — are common across many industries. Whether you run a law practice, a retail shop, a service-based business, or a home-based operation, these foundational systems are universal. If you’re unsure whether your situation is a good fit, simply share the details in the contact form below.
Not necessarily. If someone in your business manages a particular area and needs help, Sabrina can set up a consultation with them directly. The only requirement is that the team member is willing and ready to participate.
Getting started is simple. Complete the contact form on this page to schedule your free 15-minute introductory call. During that call, you and Sabrina will discuss your business goals, determine the right session structure, and agree on pricing. There is no obligation after the introductory call.
If your current systems were set up when your business was smaller and haven’t been revisited since, it’s likely time for a review. Signs include inconsistent staff results, tasks falling through the cracks, or feeling like you’re constantly putting out fires instead of moving forward. If you answered yes to at least two of the self-assessment questions at the top of this page, you’re ready.
A good rule of thumb: if your website has outdated content, broken pages, or hasn’t been touched in months, start with the Website Help Service to get everything current and organized. If you want someone to continue monitoring and updating it regularly after that, the Maintenance Service is the natural next step. The two work beautifully together.
Payment is prepaid before doing the first virtual consultation. I accept checks or PayPal. The month begins when the payment is due.
Note: If time remains at the end of the month, no reimbursement will be provided. This will hopefully give you the incentive to stay on track with your consults and goals.
You start with a free 15-minute introductory call to discuss your goals and challenges. From there, a customized consulting plan is created. Sessions are held virtually and can be scheduled as 30-minute sessions four times per month or 1-hour sessions twice per month, totaling 2 hours of monthly consulting time. You choose the format that works best for your schedule.
A virtual business consultant focuses on practical, actionable guidance for your specific business operations, systems, and workflows. While a business coach may focus primarily on mindset and motivation, a consultant with over 25 years of hands-on experience brings real-world knowledge of what works in small business environments. Sabrina’s Admin Services combines both the accountability of coaching with practical, operations-focused guidance.
The Process Improvement Service involves hands-on, firsthand observation of your actual workflows over multiple sessions, resulting in a formal Recommendations Report. Virtual Consultations are shorter, conversation-based strategy sessions that don’t include on-site observation or a written deliverables report. If you’re unsure which is right for you, describe your situation in the contact form and we’ll help you decide.
The consultation is split into half-hour to one-hour increments. For example, if you buy 2 hours per month, you can use 1/2 an hour of consultation each week for four weeks or 1 hour every two weeks; it is your choice.
For a 5- to 8-page website, we allocate approximately 10 hours to complete the help service. This includes reviewing content with you, making updates, optimizing for search visibility, and ensuring the site looks polished and flows well for visitors on both mobile and desktop.
To protect your team’s morale and ensure real change takes hold, we focus on one department or workflow area at a time. Trying to overhaul multiple systems at once often leads to overwhelm and resistance. Once the first area is running smoothly, we can revisit other areas in a future engagement if needed.
As part of the ongoing Maintenance Service, you’ll receive a monthly Google Analytics report tracking your site’s performance. This gives you a clear, ongoing picture of how your traffic and engagement are trending over time — no guesswork required.
It is never too early. Startup business owners often benefit the most because they can build effective systems and processes from the beginning rather than fixing problems later. A consultant can help with foundational tasks such as defining services, setting pricing, creating a marketing plan, and establishing organized workflows.
This service is primarily offered in person in the Southeastern Pennsylvania area, including King of Prussia, Collegeville, Phoenixville, and Norristown. If you’re outside this area, please reach out through the contact form — we can discuss whether your specific needs might be addressed through our Virtual Consultations service instead.
Regular virtual consultations provide structured accountability for your business goals, an unbiased outside perspective on challenges and opportunities, practical help creating systems and processes that save time, increased confidence in business decisions, and consistent progress on projects that tend to get pushed aside. Clients (affiliate) report feeling more empowered, more organized, and better able to see the big picture of their business.
The Recommendations Report is yours to keep and implement at your own pace. It includes actionable suggestions, product recommendations for organizing your space or systems, written procedure outlines, and checklists your team can use immediately. You’re never left wondering what to do next — the report tells you clearly.
Between sessions, you work on the action items and tasks discussed during your consultation. Your consultant provides clear next steps so you know exactly what to focus on during the week. At your next session, you review progress, troubleshoot challenges, and set new priorities. This accountability cycle is what makes recurring consultations so effective.
While we have the most experience with GoDaddy, WordPress, and Squarespace, we’re happy to discuss your specific platform. Many website platforms share similar structures, and we can usually find our footing quickly. Reach out via the contact form and describe your situation so we can confirm before we get started.
A small business virtual consultation is a scheduled video or phone session with an experienced business professional who helps you brainstorm ideas, set goals, improve processes, and solve problems in your business. Sessions are conducted online so you can participate from anywhere in the U.S. without travel. Think of it as having a virtual Chief Operating Officer (COO) at your fingertips.
Generative Engine Optimization is a newer approach to making your website more visible not just in traditional search results, but in AI-powered search tools like Google’s AI Overviews and other answer engines. As more people use AI to find businesses and services, having content that’s structured and informative enough to be referenced by these tools is becoming increasingly important for small business owners.
First, we would determine a time during the Monday through Friday week that works best for both of us. It’s best to pick a consistently quiet day/time in your business to make this time a routine.
Then we would create recurring appointments for this date and time for as many weeks ahead as you feel will help you achieve your business goals. This quantity may change if you underestimate how long it will take to complete the goal.
Our calls can be conductedby Zoom (depending on your bandwidth) or over the phone. Depending on the first call, we can modify the call technology.
We accept PayPal, check, and cash. The monthly Maintenance Service retainer is paid before the beginning of each month. For the one-time Website Help Service, payment details will be confirmed when we discuss your estimate.
Since this service is completely virtual, Sabrina serves clients throughout the United States. She primarily works with English-speaking women business owners who need guidance and support to stay on target with their personal and business goals.
You need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a camera, a reliable internet connection, and a quiet space where you can focus. Sessions use commonly available video conferencing platforms. No special software purchases or technical setup is required.
You can discuss virtually any aspect of running your business, including goal setting and action planning, workflow and process improvement, time management and productivity, marketing strategy, financial decisions, business organization, hiring and delegation, customer service systems, and technology tools. Sessions are tailored to your specific needs and priorities.
This service is designed for solopreneurs, microbusiness owners, startup founders, entrepreneurs, and small business owners with 1-5 employees, especially those in service-based industries. Sabrina works with salon owners, coaches, consultants, pet-sitting and dog-walking businesses, construction owners, food-truck owners, marketing-agency owners, and self-improvement authors. If your industry is not listed, contact Sabrina to discuss whether this service is a fit.
Your availability will depend on the area being evaluated. For owner-driven processes, your participation is essential. For staff-managed workflows, we may work primarily with your employees during the observation phase and loop you in for the review and Recommendations Report sessions. We’ll coordinate a schedule that works for your business.
We work hard to minimize disruption. Because we focus on one area at a time and provide step-by-step procedure outlines, changes can be introduced gradually. Many clients find the new systems actually reduce daily stress rather than adding to it.
Yes, temporary admin access is needed to make updates and improvements. We take that responsibility seriously. Your login credentials are kept confidential and only used for the agreed-upon tasks. If you ever want to revoke access after the project is complete, that’s entirely your call.
