How do we bill you?

After we agree on a price, we will use a retainer prepayment system and bill you for a fixed number of hours based on your budget.

We use a retainer prepayment system for Bookkeeping, Payroll, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Social Media Marketing, Online Ads (PPC), Business Process Improvements, Virtual consultations, Website Help, and Maintenance services.

This means a flat monthly rate is billed at the beginning of the month. We then track the work in 15-minute increments and bill you when the time is up. If the hours are not used, they will be carried over to the next month. We will only bill when the hours are nearly gone. All invoices are due upon receipt.
