Happy Thanksgiving! I hope you are able to relax and enjoy it with your family and friends.
Here are 5 ways to relax this holiday season:
- Take a bath.
- Read a book.
- Take 5 deep relaxing breathes for a count of 5 seconds and exhale for a count of 5 seconds.
- Go for a walk with a loved one.
- Clear out the clutter in your office.
